Kevin Howes, who has been the executive director of the Reprographc Services Association since 2016, has announced that he is retiring in early 2023. His replacement will be Stephanie Shark, a veteran association executive who most recently was director of marketing, membership, events and operations at the Colorado Mining Association.
“I may end up consulting with the RSA as needed,” says Howes, who previously held sales management positions for a variety of reprographics-related companies, including Delphax Technologies, Xerox, and Regma.
Shark will begin at the RSA on the Monday after Thanksgiving. She and Howes will work together for 90 days as she learns about the industry and the association. Howes says he’ll probably stay involved in some capacity until the RSA’s spring meeting in April.
“Stephanie has a lot of association management experience, particularly in marketing and membership development,” Howes says. “I think she’ll bring some additional benefits to the RSA, especially around membership development.”
