Thank you for your interest in membership in the International Reprographic Association!
The association, formerly called the Association of Printing & Data Solutions Professionals (APDSP), is made up of businesses that create and manage large-format documents, particularly for the AEC field. Members receive benefits in four primary categories:
Education: IRgA sponsors regular webinars on key topics of interest to large-format imaging professionals. These webinars provide actionable information to help our members become more profitable. An extensive collection of recorded webinars are available to all members, on topics ranging from how to profit with graphics printing to how to grow via acquisition. IRgA also subsidizes members who wish to earn their Construction Document Technology certification from the Construction Specifications Institute. And our in-person workshops are packed with in-person training sessions on timely topics.
Discounts: IRgA members receive discounts from Vendor Members, including Image Access, KIP, and Es-Te Folding Systems. Members also have access to discounted 3D printing, 3D scanning and other advanced services from BluEdge; raster-to-vector conversion services from CAD/CAM Services; and wholesale vinyl printing from Printastic.
Networking: IRgA members are invited to join IRgA Virtual Roundtables, which are regularly scheduled Zoom events that allow members to chat with other members in non-competing geographies.
Reports: IRgA regularly researches and writes reports on issues of interest to the reprographics industry. Recent reports include the 2021 Financial Benchmarking Study for the Reprographics Industry, which provided detailed information and key financial ratios for reprographics firms; and the IRgA Back-End Repro Software Report, which provided comparison information for all of the common repro management software programs.
Sign and Document Libraries: IRgA members have access to two key repositories: The IRgA Documents Library, which includes contracts, forms, checklists and other documents donated by various members and ready for quick adoption; and the Sign Template Library, which includes dozens of templates for signage that can be conveniently customized and printed.
Marketing: IRgA invests heavily in advertising and promotions to the AEC community to encourage architects, builders, and others to use the services of IRgA members. The advertisements and promotions encourage those prospective customers to use the IRgA online member directory to find service providers.
