What will the future hold for the reprographics community? How can you best position your business not to just exist, but to succeed? How can you enable your business to capitalize on emerging technologies, while benefiting from maturing technologies?
These questions and many more will be addressed at the 2015 ERA/IRgA Convention in Atlanta, April 9-11 at the beautiful Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead. If you haven't registered yet, do so today by clicking here. Registration will be accepted at the door, but pre-registration ends Friday, March 27, so don't delay!
We are witnessing the reprographics business at a crossroads, where the mix of print and digital services revenues is changing more than ever before. Where once B&W print volumes dominated, we now see lower and fluctuating volumes. Where prints containing color were once considered specialty prints, they are now becoming mainstream. The time is coming when we no longer inquire if the document is to be printed in color, it will be expected to be that way. Digital services is emerging as our new deliverable and core competency, or was it always there and we just didn’t see it?
Both production printing technologies and digital services will be the topics of our two educational breakout sessions. The information shared and knowledge gained will be invaluable.
See the Latest Tech, Network With Peers!
Our day-long tradeshow will include some of the latest technology. You will be able to see, hear about, and compare the latest in production B&W and color printing technologies, to just scratch the tip of the iceberg! (Click here for a list of exhibitors and their products.)
Networking with your peers has never been more important or critical to current and future business decisions.
We will present our keynote, Jaynie Smith, an international speaker and author of two bestselling books, Creating Competitive Advantage and Relevant Selling. She is also the founder and CEO of Smart Advantage, Inc., a Fort Lauderdale-based consultancy whose clients range from mid-sized to Fortune 100 companies.
Never before has the need to demonstrate and leverage our competitive advantage been more crucial than in the ever-changing, highly competitive marketplaces we currently serve and those we’re looking to enter.

International Flair, Pricing Strategies
Achim Carius, executive director of Motio, will outline how the German reprographics association developed a formal network called www.go4copy.net that digitally unites the services of 70 members.
Additionally there will be a roundtable discussion hosted by Ed Avis, IRgA managing director, about future pricing strategies in the modern reprographics era. This topic has already generated interest and conversation in recent IRgA publications. This is the opportunity to share your input with your peers.
Immediately following Saturday's conclusion of the ERA/IRgA Convention, Hewlett- Packard will be hosting a tour of their Graphic Experience Center in Alpharetta. See more than 30 printers and finishing equipment spread over 68,000 square feet!
All in all, we are sure you will agree that this year’s convention is an opportunity that has something for everyone, and we hope that every attendee takes something back to their business and turns it into a revenue making opportunity.
Thank you,
Michael Shaw and Kim Long
