IRgA member Crisp Imaging has been honoring Marines at Camp Pendleton, which is near Crisp headquarters in Newport Beach, CA, with an over-the-top Super Bowl party for more than a decade. The business is planning its 14th annual event now and is seeking support. (Click here to read about last year’s event.)
Gary Crisp, the company’s CEO, wrote a letter to potential sponsors of the event: “Each year when I consider hosting this event once again, I think of my father with the 17th Airborne jumping out of a plane at 500 feet during Operation Varsity to defeat the Nazi’s, or my brother Dennis serving our country in Vietnam, or my younger brother Dr. Brian Crisp, a Colonel in the Army, serving his country with two trips to Iraq! We have so much to be grateful for, especially the men and women who protect us!”
Crisp says they aim to raise $200,000 to fund the party, which will entertain an expected 600 Marines, veterans and other guests.
“We have lined up the best entertainment and fun for our troops, and will be their ‘perfect’ day with activities to include Live Music, Big-Screen TV's, Cigars, Massages, Haircutting, wrestling and Martial Arts, Pro Athletes, Arm Wrestling, Cheerleaders, Boat Rides, a Half Time Raffle, Live DJ, Food and Drinks throughout the event, and a whole host of other activities! In addition, we have several special military guests and dignitaries joining the fun,” Crisp wrote in his letter.
