IRgA member Crisp Imaging continues its growth cycle in the West Coast with the acquisition of RGS ReproGraphic Solutions in Las Vegas.
Founded in 2005, RGS provides digital printing and archiving services for the construction sector and other businesses.
Gary Crisp, founder, CEO, and president of Crisp Imaging, said, “We have been in talks with RGS for some time, having realized that our management teams share similar visions of the elements that create an excellent customer experience. We are excited to grow together to serve the Las Vegas area.”
RGS CEO Billy Hamilton helped launch the Las Vegas company in 2005. He remarked, “Gary Crisp and Crisp Imaging are making waves across the West, changing the very way companies like ours do business. Joining the Crisp family will benefit not only our customers but also our employees. We could not be happier with this new opportunity.”
RGS will continue to operate out of its location at 6645 S. Eastern Avenue.
