Are you interested in improving the performance of your salespeople? As a “selling owner,” would you like to be more efficient and effective in the sales role? And, would you like to do all of that in a minimum of time with a maximum of result? We’ve engaged with industry consultant Dave Fellman to offer a six-week, industry specific sales training program, delivered via GoToMeeting teleconference to groups of 6-8 participants. (In other words, we’ll start a new group as soon as we have 6-8 registrants, with the first group targeted to start in February.)
The program will cover Time Management and Organization, Prospecting Skills, Questioning Skills, Convincing Skills, Negotiation Skills & Strategy and Customer Maximization Skills. Group members will be polled to determine the best day and time for each week’s session, which will last for 45-60 minutes. In addition, each registration includes one hour of coaching time with Dave, which can be used by the salesperson to gain clarification on the material discussed in the webinar, or to get advice on specific sales situations, or by the salesperson’s manager to discuss further training, management or motivational issues. In addition, each of the training sessions will be recorded, so they can be accessed in real time or at a later time.

That’s because EventBrite requires a date and time, but as noted, the actual date and time will be determined by polling each group member, as groups are formed.
