As the economy reopens, printers will face many challenges, especially on the sales side of the business. There’s no question that it’s going to be harder to do the things that have resulted in sales success in the past. But it’s important to understand that some things have changed, and others haven’t. The key to sales success in the near/foreseeable future will include an emphasis on solid fundamentals in addition to the mastery of new communications channels. In this fast-moving webinar, Dave Fellman will explain the steps to becoming an effective virtual salesperson, making full and effective use of video/conferencing capabilities and other technologies. He’ll also tie all of that together with print sales fundamentals which mustn’t be ignored.
